In New York, many people struggle to find a place to call home, feeling as though they have become lost in an endless maze. Every time they believe they have found the ideal location, something goes wrong. They become worn out and frustrated since it appears that they are no closer to finding a home than when they first started looking. They have the impression that they are lost in a maze of dashed hopes, never able to find their way out. But in spite of their difficulties, they persist. They are resolved to keep looking until they secure the perfect place for them.
